A new begging part 2.1

As you can see this is the next stage of the process, which involves taking the chair out into the grave yard next to the studio to photography in natural surrounding, and also this enables me photograph the object outside the studio which can be to busy at times, so taking the object out of the studio space can free up my idea of where my ideas will lead to and how i can achieve this

These images may lead onto a artist book which will take the form of Constantina. which will probably be the most idea way of seeing the images all at once, than say a flick book.

New Beginnings part 2!

I see the chair as a person! what i mean by this is that the chair has a personalty and ultimately a history which begins when the chair is made.

In this body of work I'm working with several ideas and themes. They include Feminity, art vs craft and turning a functional object into a Un-functional object.i try and push the materials to the brink of dysfunctionalty.

the next step is to take the chair outside and re-photograph it in a more open space than the studio. Also to see if this changes the feel and purpose of the chair as well as seeing it in a new light.
